Watch and Pray

In the cool and quiet evening in Gethsemane, that's when the master went to pray. Walking with him was Peter and 2 sons of Zebedee. Stay here while I go over there and pray. My soul is sorrowful remain here and watch with me. For he knew it was the end of his days. This cup cannot pass unless I drink it for the son of man is betrayed today. God gives you life and life gives you strife. But he gave you the keys to the heavenly kingdom, parables, and lessons to enjoy your freedom. Test will come your way each and every day but hold on to the foundations of your faith and it will work out if you just Watch and Pray. So that you enter not into temptation. Watch and pray so that you're not overcome with frustration.

Seek and ye shall find. That's the promise that was made to man but he gave his life to wine and luxury. Now to unwind every drug that is known to man keeps him in a constant state of pain and misery. You put your life on the line for the money that you seek and don't ever really stop to think about it anymore. Now you're caught up in this game because your flesh was weak. You didn't watch and pray so now you know the score. How can this be? On your anniversary, you’ve got 10 long years in a man-made jail, the devil is a lie but you can't tell. Now you're sorry but you're still not free, and your family and friends got to pay the price because you refused advice. Watch and Pray so that you enter not into temptation. Watch and Pray so that you're not overcome with frustration.

If you got a goal, set it in your mind. Then pray to God and watch as the doors open wide.
Watch and Pray Then give him glory from deep within and let your light shine.
Watch and Pray when you're feeling kind of lonely, ask him for guidance every day.
Watch and Pray and glorify his name. God's love will always show you the way.
